Information Systems Technician Manager, Sep 2007– July 2013

·                       Managed a team of 35 joint military personnel in the operation and maintenance of the National Information Tactical Operations branch of the National Security Agency supporting and providing Information Technology services to Department of Defense employees and deployed military forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.

·                       Managed and supervised an IT Helpdesk, created and maintained 2400 user accounts and processed and corrected over 200,000 help desk tickets

·                       As Senior Enlisted Advisor, managed a 14 office excel spreadsheet tracking the assignment of incoming and outgoing of over 400 military personnel within the NSA.  Significantly reduced manning shortages by 35 percent within 3 months of assignment to the job

·                        Managed 41 personnel in operation of all internal and external shipboard communication circuits, flawlessly implemented and executed 4 live satellite cutovers, ensuring uninterrupted communication support to customers.

·                       Managed and operated 200 video and 115 audio conferences in support of Special Operations Central Command and Special Operation Forces.
